General assembly of Partners
It is integrated by five titular members and two substitutes, chosen by the General Assembly.
It is integrated by three Titular members and a Substitute, chosen by the General Assembly.
It is integrated by three Titular members: two chosen by the General Assembly, the Vice-president of the Council of Administration, and a Substitute.
It is integrated by four titular members, chosen in its Assembly.
Its purpose is the search of active participation of women in the social development and management, and also to fortify the familiar nucleus of the associates.
A substitute is integrated by three holders and, chosen in the general Assembly of Partners.

STRUCTURE EMPRENEURIAL
The base of the enterprise operation is sustained in three main areas:
General Management :
Responsible for the Integral Direction as well as the planning of all commercial and financial operations
General Manager:
Responsible for the handling of human resources, productive and financial resources.
Farming Department:
Responsible for the Administration of the program of special coffees and technical assistance.
Advisers:
Support in specialized subjects related to legal, tributary aspects, and development of projects.
